Li to build brand in Asia Pacific
Zetex Semiconductors has strengthened its presence in the Asia Pacific region through the appointment of Echo Li as Vice President Sales.
Zetex Semiconductors has strengthened its presence in the Asia Pacific region through the appointment of Echo Li as Vice President Sales Based at the company's Hong Kong office, Li will be responsible for local sales strategy for the Zetex range of audio, DBS, lighting, motor control and power management products
Li joins Zetex from Linear Technology, where he was Country Manager for China.
Previously working for component distributors Avnet and Arrow, he brings to Zetex more than 16 years in-depth experience of the semiconductor sector.
"More than half of Zetex worldwide sales come from the Asia Pac countries and the company has a tremendous reputation with customers throughout the region", said Li.
"My aim now is to further increase the growth in sales that we're experiencing in the region and to assist in building Zetex brand recognition".
